The QZJ type Gao Tai automobile bagged cement loading machine is a new product developed by our company to meet market demand. The cement bags conveyed from the belt conveyor under the packaging machine can be directly transferred to the car bucket through this machine.
2、 Main features:
The mobile car loading machine has a compact structure and reasonable design, which can meet the requirements of various car side loading and rear loading. This direct delivery method to the car bucket for loading can save labor, improve loading efficiency, reduce bag breakage during handling and loading and unloading, reduce resource waste, and save costs.
The microcomputer counting system matched with the loading machine uses ultrasonic or infrared probes as sensors, with accurate counting. After setting the number of bags or tons to be loaded, normal loading begins. Every time a bag of cement passes under the probe, the number on the microcomputer screen decreases by 1. When it reaches zero, the solid-state relay closes the alarm and stops loading. The counter can accurately identify the situation of continuous packaging of cement based on the time taken by the sensor, the length of the cement bag, and the speed of the belt, fully ensuring the accuracy of loading, eliminating the need for insufficient or excessive loading, and eliminating the need for manual bag counting work, fully improving loading efficiency and accuracy.
The variable amplitude belt conveyor has a large variable amplitude angle and can adapt to the loading degree of large, medium, and small transport vehicles.
